New to Kettlebells?


The movements you will be doing with the kettlebell are very powerful and precise- to ensure a safe and effective workout each and every time, it is best to attend a workshop before you begin your training.


At Pacific Strength, our goal is to have healthy clients who get fit quick!


The Kettlebell Introduction Workshop will be held one Saturday every month and will last 90 minutes. Pacific Strength will cap the class at 8 victims per class to keep the instruction personal. If you cannot attend the Workshop, but would still like to take advantage of classes, you will be required to schedule a personal or semi-personal training session with one of the RKCs on staff.

What Will I Learn at the Intro Class?


We will cover the basic lifts to get you through your classes. You will learn safety as it pertains to swinging around the big cannonball with a handle as well as proper movements for backs, hips, shoulders, knees, etc.


Every Intro class is different, but all classes will cover the deadlift, the swing, the goblet squat, and the Turkish Get-Up. Sound foreign to you? Right now the Russian Kettlebell, the Turkish Get-Up, and something called the Dead-lift probably all sound a little crazy. Don’t worry, we’ll ease you into it.
